Dwarf form making a 6” diameter cushion with dark pink flowers through summer. Z5.
DIANTHUS ‘MRS. SINKINS’.
Old fashioned pink, producing double fringed white flowers with a powerful scent. 6” x 12”. Z5.
DICENTRA SPECTABILIS ALBA.
Pure white heart shaped flowers dangling in rows below arching 2ft stems. Attractive divided foliage. Blooms May to July. Humus rich soil in partial shade. 24” x 18”. Z5.
DICTAMNUS ALBUS.
Erect stems, lemon scented leaves and spikes of elegant white blooms in early summer. 3ft x 2ft. Z4
DIERAMA ‘MERLIN’.
Probably bred from pulcherrimum described below ‘Merlin’ produces dark blackberry-purple almost black bell-shaped flowers. 3ft. Z7.
DIERAMA PULCHERRIMUM.
Small deep pink bells hanging along the underside of graceful arching stems, which give rise to the name ‘Angel’s Fishing Rods. 3ft x 2ft Z7.
DIGITALIS GRANDIFLORA.
A short compact foxglove with typical foxglove flowers in a soft creamy yellow. 2ft x 1ft. Z5.
DIGITALIS LUTEA.
A small perennial foxglove with dainty little yellow flowers in slender spires. 2ft x 1ft. Z5.
DIGITALIS PARVIFLORA.
Narrow tubular flowers are orangy-brown with a purple lip. Unlike most foxgloves this plant prefers full sun. 3ft x 1ft . Z5.
