RHEUM  PALMATUM TANGUTICUM

Extremely large rhubarb leaves which are purplish-red when young.  Fluffy pink flowers in early summer.  4ft x 4ft. Z6.

 ROSCOEA AURICULATA.

Rosettes of tulip like leaves produce deep purple three petalled orchid like flowers in late summer or autumn. Appreciates humus rich soil in a cool spot 18” x 18”. Z8. 

RUDBECKIA FULGIDA ‘GOLDSTURM’.

Another yellow daisy, but one of the most reliable. Orange-yellow petals with black centres, flowering from late summer to mid autumn. 2ft x 3ft. Z5.

 RUDBECKIA OCCIDENTALIS ‘GREEN WIZARD’.

An oddity. Similar in leaf to other Rudbeckias, but the flowers are dark brown  cones , backed  by  pale  green  petals. 3ft x 2ft. Z5.
