VIBURNUM BODNATENSE
‘DAWN’.
Producing its tubular rose tinted fragrant flowers on bare stems from
October onwards this is one of the beauties of winter. A stiff erect
shrub with bronze young leaves turning dark green , it may eventually
reach 8ft x 4ft. Z7.
VIBURNUM BURKWOODII.
Sweetly scented snowballs from February to May. Shiny evergreen foliage.

VIBURNUM
CARLCEPHALUM.
A vigorous branching bush, displaying very large moderately scented
snowballs in May. Deciduous with good autumn colour of reds and purples.

VIBURNUM FARRERI.
Possibly better known as Fragrans, and another winter flowering shrub
with white slightly pink tinged deliciously fragrant balls of blossom in
autumn and early spring and in between in mild weather. Foliage starting
bronze maturing to dark green, and turning red-purple in autumn.
Ultimately 8ft x 6ft. Z7.
VIBURNUM HILLIERI.
A hybrid with open habit, semi-evergreen with narrow leaves
reddish-brown when young, similar tints in autumn. The flowers are
panicles of creamy white in May, followed by red berries in autumn. 8ft
x 6ft. Z5.
VIBURNUM PLICATUM ‘LANARTH’.
Large mound forming shrub with horizontal branches giving a tiered
effect. Dark green leaves turn dark red in autumn. Flat heads of white
flowers in late spring. 6ft x 10ft. Z7.
VIBURNUM SARGENTII
‘ONONDARGO’.
Bronze-purple foliage, turning dark green and then red-purple in the
autumn. Flowers dark red in bud opening pink flushed white in late
spring. Red berries in autumn. 8ft x 6ft. Z5.
VIBURNUM TINUS ‘EVE
PRICE’.
An invaluable dense reliable evergreen with glossy dark green leaves,
which flowers on and off through autumn, winter, and early spring. The
flowers arranged in balls are red in bud opening to pink. It will grow
large eventually but submits to being chopped hard back. 8ft x 8ft. Z8.
VINCA.
The Periwinkles provide indispensable evergreen ground cover in shade,
producing bloom from mid-spring to autumn. We have;
Vinca Major; the most vigorous, 3” leaves 2” dark
violet

Vinca major variegata; creamy white edges to the leaves,

WEIGELA.
